  2.     Advanced Registry Tracer: the License
  3.     =====================================

  5.     The Advanced Registry Tracer (ART) is shareware. This means:
  6.  
  7.   - All copyrights to ART are exclusively owned by Elcomsoft Ltd.
  8.  
  9.   - Anyone may use this software during a test period of 30
  10.     days. Following this test period of 30 days or less, if
  11.     you wish to continue to use ART, you MUST register.
  12.  
  13.   - Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to 
  14.     use ART on one computer (i.e. a single CPU), for any legal purpose, 
  15.     at a time.  The registered ART software may not be rented or 
  16.     leased, but may be permanently transferred, if the person receiving 
  17.     it agrees to terms of this license.  If the software is an update, 
  18.     the transfer must include the update and all previous versions. 
  19.  
  20.   - The ART unregistered shareware version may be freely distributed,
  21.     provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or 
  22.     company may charge a fee for the distribution of ART without 
  23.     written permission from the copyright holder.

  25.   - ART IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS".  NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS
  26.     EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.  THE AUTHOR
  27.     WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR
  28.     ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

  30.   - You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify,
  31.     decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the
  32.     licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as 
  33.     provided for in this agreement.  Any such unauthorised use shall 
  34.     result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and
  35.     may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

  37.     All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Elcom Ltd.
  38.  
  39.   - Installing and using ART signifies acceptance of these terms
  40.     and conditions of the license.
  41.  
  42.   - If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove
  43.     ART files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
