  2.       The FAR File and Archive Manager

  12.       The FAR manager is distributed as try-before-you-buy. This means:
  13.  
  14.    1. All copyrights to FAR are exclusively owned by the author
  15.       - Eugene Roshal.
  16.  
  17.    2. Anyone may use this software during a test period of 40 days.
  18.       Following this test period of 40 days or less, if you wish
  19.       to continue to use FAR, you MUST register.
  20.  
  21.    3. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to 
  22.       use FAR on one computer (i.e. a single cpu), for any legal purpose, 
  23.       at a time.  The registered FAR software may not be rented or 
  24.       leased, but may be permanently transferred, if the person receiving 
  25.       it agrees to terms of this license.  If the software is an update, 
  26.       the transfer must include the update and all previous versions.

  28.    4. The FAR unregistered trial version, may be freely distributed,
  29.       with exceptions noted below, provided the distribution package is
  30.       not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the
  31.       distribution of FAR without written permission from the copyright
  32.       holder. The FAR unregistered trial version may not be bundled or
  33.       distributed with any other package without written permission of
  34.       the copyright holder.

  36.    5. To register you must complete the registration form and send
  37.       it, with registration fee, to one of the authorized
  38.       registration sites, see FAR_SITE.TXT.

  40.    6. FAR MANAGER IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS".  NO WARRANTY OF ANY
  41.       KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
  42.       THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS
  43.       OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING

  50.       result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and
  51.       may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

  55.    8. Installing and using FAR signifies acceptance of these terms
  56.       and conditions of the license.

  59.       FAR files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
