  1.  "GS-Calc 6.0 UNREGISTERED VERSION" LICENSE AGREEMENT
  2.   FOR USE AND DISTRIBUTION
  3.  
  4. THIS END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT
  5. BETWEEN YOU (AN INDIVIDUAL OR A SINGLE ENTITY) AND
  6. JPS DEVELOPMENT FOR THE JPS DEVELOPMENT SOFTWARE
  7. PRODUCT ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT" OR "SOFTWARE") IDENTIFIED
  8. ABOVE. THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT INCLUDES COMPUTER
  9. SOFTWARE, ANY ASSOCIATED PRINTED MATERIALS AND ANY
  10. "ONLINE" OR ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTATION. BY INSTALLING,
  11. COPYING OR USING THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT, YOU AGREE
  12. TO BE BOUND BY TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

  14. THE SOFTWARE IS OWNED BY JPS DEVELOPMENT AND IS
  15. PROTECTED BY COPYRIGHT LAWS AND INTERNATIONAL
  16. TREATIES, AS WELL AS OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
  17. LAWS AND TREATIES. THE SOFTWARE IS LICENSED, NOT SOLD.

  19. DEFINITION
  20.  
  21.   The term "UNREGISTERED VERSION" or "EVALUATION VERSION"
  22.   used here shall mean a copy of the SOFTWARE you obtained for
  23.   evaluation purposes. The UNREGISTERED VERSION is described
  24.   as "GS-Calc 6.0 Unregistered Version" in its "About" dialog
  25.   box and has the following functional limitations: you can
  26.   not use the import/export functions and you may print only
  27.   the first page of a document.
  28.  
  29. TRIAL USE LICENSE
  30.  
  31.   This License Agreement grants you the right to use the
  32.   UNREGISTERED VERSION for evaluation purposes for a period
  33.   not longer than 30 days. The UNREGISTERED VERSION is in use
  34.   on a computer when it is loaded into temporary memory
  35.   (e.i. RAM) of that computer. After 30 days from the date
  36.   when you use the UNREGISTERED VERSION for the first time,
  37.   you must either purchase (register) a license for the
  38.   SOFTWARE or stop using the UNREGISTERED VERSION and
  39.   permanently remove it from your computer.
  40.  
  41. COPYRIGHT AND OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS
  42.  
  43.   You must treat the UNREGISTERED VERSION like any other
  44.   copyrighted material. You may not reverse engineer,
  45.   decompile, modify, disassemble or make copies
  46.   of the UNREGISTERED VERSION except as provided elsewhere
  47.   in this agreement. All rights not expressly granted in
  48.   this agreement are reserved to JPS Development.
  49.  
  50. LIMITED DISTRIBUTION LICENSE
  51.  
  52.   You may make copies of the UNREGISTERED VERSION and give
  53.   it to others, or distribute it in any possible way
  54.   (including web sites/services and CD-ROMs) as long as you:
  55.  
  56.   - distribute either (1) the original EVALUATION VERSION
  57.     archive available as the gscalc60.zip or gscalc60.exe
  58.     file directly from JPS Development
  59.     (http://www.jps-development.com) or (2) all unmodified
  60.     files originally included in that gscalc60.zip archive;
  61.  
  62.   - place the UNREGISTERED VERSION in a separate (with no
  63.     other files) directory when distributing the UNREGISTERED
  64.     VERSION on CD-ROMs;
  65.  
  66.   - do not distribute the UNREGISTERED VERSION as a single
  67.     file containing any other software products without
  68.     written permission from JPS Development.
  69.

  75. 6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
  76.  
  77.   The SOFTWARE is provided "as is", without warranty
  78.   of any kind. JPS DEVELOPMENT DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED
  79.   WARRANTIES INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
  80.   MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
  81.  
  82.   TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW,
  83.   IN NO EVENT SHALL JPS DEVELOPMENT OR ANYONE ELSE
  84.   INVOLVED IN THE PRODUCTION OR DELIVERY OF THE
  85.   SOFTWARE BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL,
  86.   INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER
  87.   (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS
  88.   OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS
  89.   OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS)
  90.   ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE
  91.   SOFTWARE, EVEN IF JPS DEVELOPMENT HAS BEEN ADVISED
  92.   OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

  94. This agreement is governed by the laws of Poland.
