  6. "User" stands for the end user of this software product

  10. With this agreement between the Producer and the User, this last acknowledge the contents of this document.

  12. This Software is shipped "AS IS" so no warranty is granted to the User. The Producer is not liable for any damages or injuries suffered by the User or by other parties, due to misuse or improper use of this Software; also the Producer is not liable for any data losses suffered by the User.
  13. This software is freeware so the User can't resell, lend or hire this Software and gaining money from these actions.
  14. Unauthorized modifications, alterations, reverse engineering are not allowed without the written consent of the Producer.
