  9. This cross-platform software creates flow charts and other diagrams. It has over 112 task-related libraries containing more than 2,700 objects.

You can use it to import and export to popular vector formats. In fact, it's fully compatible with AutoCAD and OLE. Connectors are automatically reshaped whenever the objects are moved and there is full PowerPoint support. There is a built-in text editor and the ability to convert MS Visio files to ConceptDraw documents.
