  46.   To install Picture Publisher 7 LE on Windows 95 and Windows NT 4.0:
  47.     a. Start Windows 95.
  48.     b. Insert the CD-ROM in your CD-ROM drive.
  49.     c. Double-click the CD-ROM drive icon in My Computer.
  50.     d. Double-click ENGLISH.
  51.     e. Double-click SETUP.EXE.
  52.     f. Follow the instructions on screen.

A Service Pack 5 has been issued by Microsoft for NT3.51 that fixes a number of problems with their operating system. The problem affects how applications install, specifically as it relates to the registry.  Windows NT3.51 (Service Pack 5) allows Picture Publisher 7 LE to be installed correctly.

  68. The  Service Pack 5 must be installed first. If it is not, you may have problems in Picture Publisher 7 LE with special effects and Wizards, causing the program to crash (due to the registry fixes in Service Pack 5).
