  4. INSTALL
  5.  
  6.  To install simply start SETUP.EXE. After this, you 
  7.  can start the program(s) by using Start - Programs 
  8.  - Tiny Tools - Xteq URL Bandit.

  11. REMOVE

  13.  To remove this program, select Start - Settings - 
  14.  Control Panel and use the "Software" icon.

  17. DESCRIPTION
  18.  
  19.  Xteq URL Bandit is a little program that monitors 
  20.  your clipboard and catches (steals ;-) all URLs it 
  21.  finds.  These URL are saved so you can later easily 
  22.  access them and don't lose them when you turn your 
  23.  computer off.

  25.  Also, URL Bandit will analyze the entire text you 
  26.  copy to the clipboard and extract all URLs. For 
  27.  example, if you copy a 1 MB text file with 200 URLs 
  28.  to the clipboard, URL Bandit will extract all 200 
  29.  URLs.

  31.  It will save you a lot of time especially if you 
  32.  receive a lot of eZines and newsletters that are 
  33.  always full of URLs.

  36. USAGE
  37.  
  38.  URL Bandit will display a little icon (with the 
  39.  caption  URL) in your tray. Left-click it to display 
  40.  the window, or right-click it to display the menu.

  42.  In the window, you can:

  44.  - Left-click an item to open it in your browser or 
  45.    email-client 
  46.  - Shift and left-click to copy the URL to the 
  47.    clipboard
  48.  - Right-click it to remove it from the list
  49.  
  50.  Every time, an URL is copied to the clipboard and 
  51.  URL Bandit recognize this, it's icon will turn into
  52.  red for about one second. This way, you can see 
  53.  when a new URL has been captured.

  56. KNOWN BUGS / LIMITATIONS
  57.  
  58.  - Because URL Bandit processes EVERY text that is 
  59.    copied to the clipboard you should disable it 
  60.    before you perform huge text operations. 
  61.  
  62.    For example, if you copied a 10 MB text from Word 
  63.    to Excel or via versa, URL Bandit will analyze the 
  64.    ENTIRE text and this can take some time.
  65.  
  66.  - Due to limitations in the Win32 function 
  67.    SetClipboardViewer(), URL Bandit sometimes fails 
  68.    to start if the clipboard is empty.
