DirectDVD is a full-featured, digital-quality DVD player for Windows that brings an enhanced movie experience to your PC. It offers MPEG-2 video support, and has the ability to bring new features such as DVD-to-MP3 conversion, a 16-band EQ, and MP3 functionality. DirectDVD also supports new audio filters, such as Digital Theater Systems (DTS) and Sony Dynamic Digital Sound (SDDS). Closed Captioning is included, and SubPictures in 32 languages are also built inside the engine.

I was very happy to see finally a decent DVD player being made! What made me happy, was the powerful features you dont really see on any other player. The DVD to MP3 is quite handy, especially with my musical DVD collection, and DirectDVD makes it easy for me operate all aspects of what authors made DVD content for! TWO THUMBS UP!!!!
