  5. The Microsoft Management Console (MMC) redistributables may only be 
  6. redistributed as part of iMMC.EXE. You may not redistribute 
  7. any of the DLLs in iMMC.EXE except by using iMMC.EXE. 
  8. You may not modify iMMC.EXE.
  9.  
  10. iMMC.EXE and aMMC.EXE are self-extracting executables that will install 
  11. the MMC redistributables only if there is not a more recent version of 
  12. the DLLs in the system directory. iMMC.EXE will write the 
  13. registry keys required by MMC.
  14.  
  15. In addition to the rights granted in Section 1 of the Development License 
  16. Agreement ("Agreement"), with respect to the MMC Redistributable Code, 
  17. you have the following non-exclusive, royalty free rights subject to 
  18. the Distribution Requirements detailed in Section 1 of the Agreement:
