CDex is a freeware application that records audio tracks from CDs and saves them to a disk as regular WAV files. This program features an MP3 decoder (MPEG1/2/3-based) and a new LAME encoder. In addition, you can now avoid the "double dot" when converting MP3 files back to WAV files. This new beta version adds improved file player support, extra support for MP+ (external) encoder, numerous bug fixes, and more.
