  19. MathGV is a freeware mathematical-function graphing software program for Windows 95/98/NT and 2000. You can plot four function types: 2D Cartesian, Polar, 3D, and 2D functions rotated into 3D. The MathGV interface is dialog-driven and allows changes to any setting at any time with immediate results. The MDI (multiple document interface) allows for simultaneous viewing of multiple graphs. It also includes a graph labeling toolbar for drawing, lines, free hand lines, rectangles, circles, round rectangles, flood fills, and text. Version 3.0 adds a tabbed options dialog, can calculate negative numbers to fractional powers, features parametric functions, improved menus, and more.
