  60. PrivateEXE for Win'9X/NT is an innovative software which allows you to
  61. password protect existing Windows executables: both 16-bit and 32-bit.
  62. You can effectively lock your most sensitive programs and utilities (like
  63. tax preparation or financial planning software) from unauthorized access.
  64. Only the person who knows protection password can run the program.
  65.  
  66. Passwords can be set, changed, and removed separately for each program.
  67. PrivateEXE modifies existing .EXE file, so that the program, if invoked,
  68. first asks the user for a password and would not start unless the correct
  69. password is entered.

  71. PrivateEXE runs on Windows'9X and Windows/NT. It operates regardless of
  72. installed file system type (NTFS, FAT-32, FAT, etc.). The software
  73. doesn't modify Windows Registry or any other part of the operating
