  1. This document is a legal agreement between you, the End User,
  2. and Longbow Digital Arts.  By installing or using DX-Ball 2 ("the
  3. Software Product"), you agree to abide by the terms in this agreement.

  5. This version of the Software Product, with 24 levels, is provided
  6. free for your use.  You may freely duplicate and redistribute the
  7. Software Product in its original self-installing archive form.

  9. You may not distribute any components of the Software Product
  10. separately, outside of the original self-installing archive provided
  11. by Longbow Digital Arts.  You may not charge more than a reasonable
  12. fee for distribution media, if distributed on floppy disk, CD-ROM, or
  13. other digital media.  Electronic distribution must be free of charge.
  14. You may not disassemble, decompile, or otherwise reverse engineer
  15. the Software Product or any of its data or level files in any way,
  16. shape, or form.  You may not distribute add-ons or levels of any kind
  17. for use with the Software Product without the agreement of
  18. Longbow Digital Arts.

  20. THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
  21. EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
  22. OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  BY USING THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT,
  23. YOU AGREE TO ACCEPT ALL LIABILITY REGARDING IT'S USE OR MISUSE.
