MusicMatch Jukebox is an integrated digital music management application.
It offers CD ripping, MP3 and RealAudio encoding, the ability to search for and download music from the Internet, an integrated tuner supporting over 3,000 Webcasts from all over the world, video streaming of thousands of available music videos, a music database, and a player.
To record MP3s just put a music CD in your CD-ROM drive, select the tracks you want to record, and click "start". Tracks are digitally extracted and MP3-encoded at speeds up to 12x faster than normal play time, without ever making an intermediate WAV file. MusicMatch Jukebox uses Fraunhofer MPEG encoding technology, supports MP3 streaming, and supports the Intel MMX commands set for fast MP3 encoding.
MusicMatch Jukebox lets you download MP3-compressed, CD-quality tracks over the Internet, and add them into your digital music database.
You can easily organize your digital music collection. You can sort your tracks by artist, title or another database field, and simply click on a title to add it to your playlist. It provides CDDB support so it can automatically connect to Internet CDDB sites to download CD title and track information for the CDs you are recording. It also features an automatic DJ that lets you click a few buttons to describe the type of music you want to hear, and it will create a playlist for your mood.
You can play your customized playlists from your PC. You can view cover art, lyrics, track notes, and artists' bios for each track while it's playing.
MusicMatch provides support for WinAmp and multiple CD-ROM drives.
