  8. WHAT'S NEW IN FILE SHREDDER?

  12.    1. FIX FOR INCORRECT FREE DISK SPACE. The latest upgrade of 
  13.       File Shredder fixed the problem that occurred when used 
  14.       under WindowsNT 4 with more than 2Gb of free disk space. 
  15.  
  16.    2. FIX FOR DOS 255-CHARS COMMAND BUG. Because MS-DOS cannot 
  17.       execute more than 255 characters of command line, and 
  18.       because File Shredder uses DOS batch file to combine files 
  19.       together, splitting a file into too many pieces caused the 
  20.       batch file to contain more than 255 characters of command. 
  21.       This bug was fixed in this version.

  25.    1. FIX FOR INCORRECT FREE DISK SPACE. File Shredder might 
  26.       have a problem to correctly identify your hard drive  
  27.       free disk space. This latest version fixed the problem.

  31.    1. FILL ENTIRE DISK OPTION. You now have a new shredding 
  32.       option. With Fill Entire Disks option, File Shredder 
  33.       can fill the entire disks when shredding. This is 
  34.       great for shredding into multiple floppy disks.

  36.    2. DRAG & DROP SUPPORT. You can now drag & drop a file onto 
  37.       File Shredder instead of using dialog box to select it.

  39.    3. SUPPORT OF LARGE DRIVES. You can use File Shredder with 
  40.       large volumes (with FAT32), and File Shredder detects 
  41.       the size of the drives correctly.

  43.    4. NEW STATUS BAR. Status Bar displays information like 
  44.       how many pieces File Shredder will create or how big 
  45.       each piece will be. It also shows the file size. 
  46.  
  47.    5. COMMAND-LINE ARGUMENT SUPPORT. File Shredder now accepts
  48.       command-line argument. See Hints and Tips for using 
  49.       this feature.

  51.    6. NEW POPUP MENU. A new popup menu that is displayed when 
  52.       clicking File Shredder icon within File Shredder window 
  53.       allows you to easily write email to author or go to 
  54.       File Shredder website.
