the correct icons under Windows 98.
Version 1.5
Build 614
Access Violation would occur if trying to create an archive
without selecting any files to compress. Now, a message
will pop up telling you that "No files have been selected to be compressed".
Ace compression now supported. This requires an external program (ace.exe)
which can be downloaded from the StarDotZip home page ( http://www.pana.com/StarDotZip/ )
Build 617
Problems with opening and compressing ACE files from the Windows Explorer
context menu fixed.

seemed to occur when the archive file(s) were opened up either by a
double-click in Explorer or via the Explorer context menu.
When creating Self-Extracting archives, sometimes and error would be
incorrectly reported that the file could not be created. Fixed.
Build 626
Another problem with an error being reported falsely. A "File not found"
error would occur, although file extraction would still happen normally. Fixed.
Build 630
When browsing to other folders, and you want to quickly get back to
the original folder, clicking on the "Recent folders" box will take
you back.
Added a "Select all" check box for file associations (Under the
"Advanced options" tab of the configuration window).
The "Extract selected" option under "Extract options" is now
the default setting.
CTRL + A (now selects either all files in the current browsing
window or the archive viewing window, depending on which one
is has the input focus (generally which one the mouse last clicked on).
Press the "A" key while holding down the "Ctrl" key.
Version 1.5.1
Build 654
Problems with creating UUE and GZip files fixed. This problem
affected both the shell operations and in the program.
Overhauled the SFX code. New design. See next item.
Massive rewrite of all the compression routines. This has
created another problem where there is a problem reading
SFX archives. This problem is currently being worked on.
SFX files created still work fine, just that StarDotZip
is having a problem reading them.
Version 1.52
Build 657
Had some problems with creating RAR files. Fixed
Added larger multi-volume support for ACE, ARJ and RAR files.
Can now create volume sizes of 360k, 720k, 1.2 megs, 1.44 megs, 2 megs, 3 megs
5 megs, 10 megs and 15 megs. May add the ability to create any size in future version.
Build 664
Problem with reading SFX files noted in build 654 fixed.
Build 667
On Windows NT systems, if you did not have administrator access, you could
not set file associations. This should no longer be a problem.
At program startup, StarDotZip would try to read from the D:\ drive even
if there was no disk available. Fixed.
The "Working folder" would always revert back to the Windows temp folder. Fixed
Version 1.53
Build 670

On password protected archives, removed the confirm box when trying to
