  24. ScriptWorx is a fully-featured HTML editor which allows you to create and edit ASP, ColdFusion, CSS, DHTML, Perl, PHP and other Internet file formats.
  25. ScriptWorx supports most of the latest Web standards, and includes a Web server, an FTP client, a ColdFusion document builder, common wizards, and over 100 templates.
