Acid WAV is a full-featured sound editor and synthesizer.
You can edit and manipulate WAV files in a wide variety of ways, including trimming, copying, cutting, pasting, mixing, inserting silence, swapping channels, duplicating channels, and converting to mono.
You can also adjust timing in various ways, by adding echoes and reverbs, creating virtual rooms, stretching, adding flanges, and more.
WAV amplitudes and frequencies can be adjusted and you can synthesize WAV files using various tools.
Acid WAV is highly programmable. It has an "OpenDSP" specification and built-in development environment, which let you create, test, modify and distribute new Acid WAV functions using a simple interface object specification and any ActiveX Scripting language supported by your system (such as JavaScript, VBScript or PerlScript).
This latest version fixes a few bugs found in the previous version.
