  4. Notes:
  5.     - Security hole in .htaccess fixed
  6.     - Upgraded to use Winsock2; Windows95 users need to
  7.       install IE4/IE5 or get the winsock2 upgrade from Microsoft
  8.       (this fixes the image hang issues some folks were seeing).
  9.  
  10. New features:
  11.     - .htaccess support for ExpiresActive, ExpiresByType and ExpiresDefault
  12.     - Document editor for Document Management system (IE Only)

  18. Known Bugs/limitations:
  19.     - The RAS interfaces dynamically loaded by the server when
  20.       dial-on-demand is enabled are very unstable on Windows 95/98.
  21.       Alternative dedicated dial-on-demand utilities (see www.tucows.com)
  22.       are recommended.  The dial-on-demand is also very unstable when
  23.       used by the mail fetcher/router daemons.
  24.     - WinCGI [Form File] not supported (multipart/form-data)
  25.  
  26. Upgrading from 4.1, 4.2, or 4.3:
  27.     - 100% compatible.
  28.     - New config.ini entries and System Administration interfaces
  29.     - New [cron] section in schedule.ini
  30.     - New [servlet-aliases] in mappings.ini

  32. Upgrading from 4.03:
  33.     - The config.ini and security.ini files have been extended from
  34.       the 4.03 release.  You cannot use your 4.03 configuration files.
  35.       Specifically, the aliases and certain search entries were moved
  36.       to new files (mappings.ini and search.ini). 
  37.     - Search index configuration have been moved to the search.ini file.
  38.     - You must re-index to take advantage of the new "page" search
  39.       format.
  40.     - The passwd file is 100% compatible. 
  41.     - Any images placed in the /images directory should be moved
  42.       to /docs/images.  The /images directory at the root level of
  43.       the Sambar Server has been renamed /sysimage.
  44.     - Scripting language 100% compatible.
  45.     - sa_cmd_init() now includes SA_RPCPARAM argument.
  46.       All other Server APIs are compatible.

  49.     - The config.ini and security.ini are NOT compatible.
  50.     - Scripting language 100% compatible.
