  3.  You should Read this document carefully before installing this software.
  4. By installing this software you are contractually agreeing to the terms of

  10.       This Program is a Shareware Program. 
  11.     This means:

  13.    1. All copyrights to Directory Print Pro (DPPro) & Directory Print Pro 2
  14.        (DPPro 2) are exclusively owned by the author.
  15.  
  16.    2. Anyone may use this software during a test period of 10
  17.       days. Following this test period of 10 days or less, if
  18.       you wish to continue to use this program you MUST register.
  19.  
  20.    3. Once registered, the user is granted a nonexclusive license to 
  21.       use DPPro 2 on one computer (i.e. a single cpu), for any legal purpose, 
  22.       at a time.  The registered DPPro 2 software may not be rented, 
  23.       leased or transferred.

  25.    4. The DPPro 2 shareware version, may be freely distributed,
  26.       provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or 
  27.       company may charge a fee for the distribution of DPPro 2 without 
  28.       written permission from the copyright holder.

  30.    5. To register you must complete the registration form and send
  31.       it, with registration fee, to one of the authorized registration sites.

  33.    6. DIRECTORY PRINT PRO 2 IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS".  NO WARRANTY OF ANY
  34.       KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
  35.       THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS
  36.       OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING
  37.       THIS SOFTWARE.

  39.    7. There are NO additional license fees, apart from the cost of 
  40.       registration, associated with the creation and distribution of DPPro 2
  41.       output files.  Legally registered owners may use their copies of DPPro 2 to 
  42.       produce catalogs and to distribute those catalogs free of any additional 
  43.       royalties.

  45.    8. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify,
  46.       decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the
  47.       licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as 
  48.       provided for in this agreement.  Any such unauthorized use shall 
  49.       result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and
  50.       may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
