  23. Known Bugs/limitations:
  24.     - The RAS interfaces dynamically loaded by the server when
  25.       dial-on-demand is enabled are very unstable on Windows 95/98.
  26.       Alternative dedicated dial-on-demand utilities (see www.tucows.com)
  27.       are recommended.
  28.     - WinCGI [Form File] not supported (multipart/form-data)

  30. Upgrading from 4.1 or 4.2:
  31.     - 100% compatible.
  32.     - New config.ini entries and System Administration interfaces
  33.     - New [cron] section in schedule.ini
  34.     - New [servlet-aliases] in mappings.ini

  36. Upgrading from 4.03:
  37.     - The config.ini and security.ini files have been extended from
  38.       the 4.03 release.  You cannot use your 4.03 configuration files.
  39.       Specifically, the aliases and certain search entries were moved
  40.       to new files (mappings.ini and search.ini). 
  41.     - Search index configuration have been moved to the search.ini file.
  42.     - You must re-index to take advantage of the new "page" search
  43.       format.
  44.     - The passwd file is 100% compatible. 
  45.     - Any images placed in the /images directory should be moved
  46.       to /docs/images.  The /images directory at the root level of
  47.       the Sambar Server has been renamed /sysimage.
  48.     - Scripting language 100% compatible.
  49.     - sa_cmd_init() now includes SA_RPCPARAM argument.
  50.       All other Server APIs are compatible.
