Take total control of your CD-ROM drive with AutoBot. This handy system tray utility gives you total control over the autorun process. You can choose to autorun audio CDs, but not CD-ROMs (or vice versa), and actually assign an autorun property to individual CDs. For any CD-ROM, you can change the program on the CD that's set to launch, display the contents of the CD, or simply ignore it. You can also set up groups of CD-ROMs that allow AutoBot to recognize new subscription CD-ROMs and behave according to your instructions. In addition, the program allows you to override autorun by holding down your Shift key when a new disk is inserted. The AutoBot system tray menu even provides a handy (though unrelated) feature: It lets you build a custom menu of favorite folders you'll have one-click access to. AutoBot is attractive, highly configurable, and very easy to use.
