Savant is a full-featured freeware web server for computers running Windows 95/98/NT. It's fast, secure, and easy-to-use. Supports CGI (comes with Perl5), HTTP/1.1, XML, password protection, access restriction, hundreds of simultaneous users, over 40 file types including MP3, RealVideo, and Microsoft Office, and much more!
To install Savant 2.1, just run the file savant21.exe that is included in this zip file. savant21.exe is a WinZip self-extracting archive that graphically allows the user to decided where files are placed. By default, the install files are placed in c:\windows\temp.
Savant is freeware, and is freely re-distributable.
