  14. The Software is to be used for entertainment purposes only. In no event 
  15. will Eugene Khmelevsky Inc. be liable to you for any damages, including 
  16. any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental or consequential 
  17. damages arising out of your use or inability to use the program, or for 
  18. any claim by any other party.

  20. GRANT. Subject to payment of applicable license fees, Licensor grants 
  21. to you a non-exclusive license to use the Software and accompanying

  39.  * modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create 
  40.    derivative works based on the Software (any version).
  41.  * copy the Software other than as specified above;
  42.  * rent, lease, grant a security interest in, or otherwise transfer rights

  44.  * remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.

  46. TITLE. Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in the 
  47. Software shall remain in Licensor. The Software is protected by the 
  48. copyright laws and treaties. Title and related rights in the content 
  49. accessed through the Software is the property of the applicable content 
  50. owner and may be protected by applicable law. This License gives you no 
  51. rights to such content.

  53. TERMINATION.  The license will terminate automatically if you fail to 
  54. comply with the limitations described herein. On termination, you must 
  55. destroy all copies of the Software and Documentation.
