  8. 1. UPGRADING FROM AN OLDER VERSION

  11. You MUST make sure that TClockEx is not running before you install the upgrade, otherwise some of the program files may not be upgraded correctly.  If necessary, open the Properties window, go to the Advanced page, and click "Shut TClockEx Down".

  13. TClockEx will attempt to preserve your settings if you install over a previous version, but this may not be possible if it was a very early version.

  19. If you encounter a "Divide Error" when using TClockEx, you need to update one of the Windows system files, which you can download from Microsoft:
