- 1. INTRODUCTION
-
- TClockEx enhances the standard Windows 95/98/NT clock that is built into
- the taskbar, providing the ability to display the time AND date in any
- format you choose. Extra features in this version include memory/CPU
- usage monitoring, a popup calendar, and a copy-to-clipboard option.
-
- This program is Freeware. Please use and distribute with my pleasure!
- See the accompanying help file, TCLOCKEX.HLP, for conditions of use and
- the disclaimer message.
-
-
- ------------------------------------------------------------------------
- 2. HOW TO INSTALL
-
- TClockEx is self-installing. Just run the distribution file which you
- downloaded and follow the instructions. Depending on where you
- downloaded from, it will be named either TCLOCKEX.EXE or TCLEXvvv.EXE,
- where vvv is the version number. Afterwards, there will be a new group
- in your Start menu called "TClockEx", that starts the program.
-
- If you downloaded the non-self-installing version, use a decompression
- utility such as PkUnzip or WinZip to unpack the ZIP archive into a
- suitable directory (such as C:\Program Files\TClockEx), then run
- TCLOCKEX.EXE to start the program.
-
- If you are upgrading, please remember to shut the older version down
- first, otherwise the upgrade may fail.
-
-
- ------------------------------------------------------------------------
- 3. HOW TO UNINSTALL
-
- Go to "Add/Remove Programs" in the control panel, and uninstall TClockEx
- from there in the usual manner.
-
- If you downloaded the non-self-installing version, simply delete all the
- files in the TClockEx folder.
-
- Remember to exit TClockEx before uninstalling!
-
-
