  1. PURPOSE
  2.  
  3. Dundial allows you to execute Win32 Dial Up Networking connections
  4. from a command line, eg for use in button bars, alarm/scheduling 
  5. programs.
  6.  
  7. USAGE
  8.  
  9. Command:  Dundial 
  10. Parameters:  [-pos] [-min] [-nod] [-top] [-t] conn_name [userid [password]]
  11.  
  12. (Note the []s indicate optional command line parameters; you
  13. do not type them when you use dundial).
  14.  
  15. -pos            Indicates the position for the Dundial status window
  16.                 on your screen; replace "pos" by one of:
  17.                 -tl        top left
  18.                 -tr        top right
  19.                 -c         center
  20.                 -bl        bottom left (default)
  21.                 -br        bottom right
  22.  
  23. -min        Indicates that DunDial should minimize the Connected To
  24.         Dialog Box.
  25.  
  26. -nod        Use nod domain name.  May help if your password is not getthign through.
  27.  
  28. -top        Show status window as always-on-top.
  29.  
  30. -t            Indicates that dundial should use window title "Dundial    To" rather than Connect To
  31.  
  32. conn_name       The name of the connection in your dial-up networking
  33.                 folder.  You will get an error if it is already connected.
  34.  
  35. userid          The userid for the connection.
  36.  
  37. password        The password for the connection (you must also specify
  38.                 the userid if you want to specify the password).
  39.  
  40. You do not need to specify the userid and password if you are using a
  41. dial up networking script.

  43. Put double quotes around any parameter which contains blanks.

  45. DunDial is compatible with the Dunce program created by
  46. vecdev@cjnetworks.com.
