  6. This document provides late-breaking or other information that 
  7. supplements the Live!Ware 3.0 documentation.
  8.  
  9. Note: If you have purchased a computer directly from a PC 
  10.       manufacturer (eg. DELL, Compaq, Gateway, Micron etc.) that 
  11.       comes with a SB Live! Value card, installing Live!Ware 3.0 
  12.       will cause some of the customized settings or features to 
  13.       be upgraded to Live!Ware 3.0.

  23. 1.   INSTALLATION NOTES
  24.      ------------------
  25.      In order to install Live!Ware 3.0 sucessfully, you will need to 
  26.      uninstall all previous instances of the Sound Blaster Live! 
  27.      software from your PC. Uninstalling your existing software will 
  28.      also remove all your present Environmental Audio (EA) and 
  29.      Super-Environment presets from your PC.

  36.      1) Click Start -> Programs -> Creative -> Sound Blaster Live! 
  37.         -> AudioHQ.
  38.      2) In the AudioHQ window, click the Environmental Audio icon 
  39.         to start the EA applet.
  40.      3) In the Environment box, select the EA preset that you want 
  41.         to export, and then click the Export button.
  42.      4) Save the preset in a temporary folder on your Desktop.
  43.      5) Repeat Step 3 to Step 4 until all presets you want are 
  44.         saved.
  45.      5) Install Live!Ware 3.0.
  46.      6) Import the saved presets (.eap, .ea2) using the EA applet.

  49.      Super-Environment presets

  51.      1) Click Start -> Programs -> Creative -> Sound Blaster Live! 
  52.         -> Surround Mixer.
  53.      2) In Surround Mixer, select the Task and Preset that you want
  54.         to save.
  55.      3) On the top-right of Surround Mixer, click the Preset Options 
  56.         button, and then select Export Preset.
  57.      4) Save the preset in a temporary folder on your Desktop.
  58.      5) Repeat Step 2 to Step 4 until all presets you want are 
  59.         saved.
  60.      5) Install Live!Ware 3.0.
  61.      6) Import the saved presets (.sea) using Surround Mixer.
