A. NMI'S JAVA CODE VIEWER END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (an individual or an entity) and Basile Lemaire for the software product NMI's Java Code Viewer, which includes computer software and electronic documentation.
By installing, copying, or otherwise using NMI's Java Code Viewer, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use the software.
B. ABOUT UNREGISTERED SOFTWARE
The unregistered software (Evaluation Copy) may be freely tried out. To lift the limitations of the Evaluation Copy, the user must purchase the license. The unregistered software may be freely copied and distributed if no modifications are made to the software.
C. LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR REGISTERED SOFTWARE
GRANT OF LICENSE. Basile Lemaire grants you the non-exclusive right to use NMI's Java Code Viewer on a single computer. You may make copies of the program for backup and archival purposes. Basile Lemaire reserves all rights not explicitly granted.
COPYRIGHT. NMI's Java Code Viewer is owned by Basile Lemaire and is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaty provisions, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. Therefore, you must treat NMI's Java Code Viewer like any other copyrighted material. You may not use or copy NMI's Java Code Viewer for any other purpose than what is described in this Agreement.
OTHER RESTRICTIONS. You may not rent or lease NMI's Java Code Viewer but you may transfer the program on a permanent basis, provided you retain no copies and the recipient agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
If the software is an update or has been updated, any transfer must include the most recent update and all prior versions. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble NMI's Java Code Viewer except to the extent that the foregoing restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
D. ABOUT JAD AND PFE32
NMI's Java Code Viewer uses a decompiling engine called Jad, developed by Pavel Kouznetsov. This software is free for non-commercial use. Basile Lemaire has been granted the right to include Jad by agreement of May 29, 1998. NMI's Java Code Viewer uses an editor called Pfe32 - the Programmer's File Editor, developed by Alan Phillips. This software is freeware for commercial and non-commercial use. E. LIMITED WARRANTY
NO WARRANTIES. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Basile Lemaire expressly disclaims any warranty for NMI's Java Code Viewer. The program and its documentation are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either explicit or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of NMI's Java Code Viewer remains with the user.
NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Basile Lemaire or his suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profit, loss of business information, business interruption, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use this Basile Lemaire product.
NO PRODUCT SUPPORT. Users of the unregistered software (Evaluation Copy) are not entitled to product or technical support by Basile Lemaire or his suppliers. Product support granted to registered users of NMI's Java Code Viewer is restricted to NMI's Java Code Viewer only, and does not apply to Jad or Pfe32.
