  24. Modem Doctor for Windows 95/98 is a testing and diagnostics program for your modem, serial port and associated computer hardware.
  25. Modem Doctor can perform over 60 different tests.

  27. You can easily: test and identify serial port chips (UART's); test modems, handshaking signals, and modem registers; perform self-connect tests; and diagnose IRQ assignment errors, base port addressing errors, and other problems.

  29. The program supports all IRQ's, FOSSIL Drivers, and Digiboards, and it detects G3 modems (Class 1, Class 2, and Class 2.0).
