  1. Task Plus - freeware task and calendar manager

  4. Welcome to Task Plus.  Task Plus is a freeware task and 
  5. calendar management program designed for simplicity and
  6. speed.  It will keep track of an unlimited number of 
  7. personal tasks on the calendar as well as holidays and
  8. repeating events such as birthdays.
  9.  
  10. Task Plus is an excellent replacement for heavyweight products
  11. such as Outlook since Task Plus consumes much less memory and
  12. resources.  Also since Task Plus sits in the system tray it
  13. can popup at any time you need to access your calendar.

  15. Each date is color coded, enabling you to quickly see if you
  16. have an important appointment.

  18. Task Plus will also now publish a monthly web page taking your
  19. tasks and publishing them in an HTML file.

  21. Each task consists of a date, time, category, description
  22. and alarm field.  Since Task Plus can run out of the system
  23. tray you can have Task Plus sound an alarm whenever the task
  24. is due.

  26. You can drag and drop tasks from one date to another or you
  27. can also drag tasks from the task grid to the non-date grid.

  29. Includes over 230 pre-programmed international holidays from
  30. over 20 countries.  Also includes options to export to a 
  31. comma-delimited file or to an HTML web page.

  33. As time goes by, your information will become more valuable
  34. thus Task Plus can quickly and easily backup your calendars onto
  35. floppy for safe keeping.

  37. It is simpler than most PIM programs in that it only 
  38. deals with tasks and best of all it is totally free.
  39. It does NOT expire neither does it nag you to register.
