  1. Windows Security Officer 95/98   (WSO)

  3.       The WSO is shareware. This means:

  5.    1. All copyrights to WSO are exclusively owned by the author
  6.       - Eugene Mihailov .
  7.  
  8.    2. Anyone may use this software during a test period of 40
  9.       days. Following this test period of 40 days or less, if
  10.       you wish to continue to use WSO, you MUST register.
  11.  
  12.    3. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to
  13.       use WSO on one computer (i.e. a single cpu), for any legal purpose,
  14.       at a time. Also the user can register WSO for several computers.
  15.       The registered WSO software may not be rented or leased, but may
  16.       be permanently transferred, if the person receiving it agrees
  17.       to terms of this license.  If the software is an update,
  18.       the transfer must include the update and all previous versions.

  20.    4. The WSO unregistered shareware version, may be freely distributed,
  21.       provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or
  22.       company may charge a fee for the distribution of WSO without
  23.       written permission from the copyright holder.

  25.    5. To register you must go to http://www.bigfoot.com/~winsecoff/registr.html
  26.       and register it on-line. After on-line registration you will get
  27.       your own registration code that you should enter to the registration
  28.       form in WSO (use the menu item Help/Registration).

  30.    6. WSO IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS".  NO WARRANTY OF ANY
  31.       KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
  32.       THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS
  33.       OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING
  34.       THIS SOFTWARE.

  36.    7. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify,
  37.       decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the
  38.       licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as
  39.       provided for in this agreement.  Any such unauthorized use shall
  40.       result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and
  41.       may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

  43.       All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Eugene Mihailov.

  45.    8. Installing and using WSO signifies acceptance of these terms
  46.       and conditions of the license.
