  56. This is the README file for Whisper 32, version 1.12.

  58. Whisper 32 is a FREE Password Manager for Windows 95 and Windows NT.

  60. Here is a short summary of its features:

  62. *   Store all of your passwords in one file.
  63. *   The password files are encrypted using a robust private-key
  64.     encryption algorithm.
  65. *   Built-in password generator.
  66. *   Use the Windows clipboard to transfer passwords.

  100. To install Whisper 32, execute the SETUP.EXE program contained in this
  101. .ZIP archive. SETUP.EXE is a self-extracting installer.

  106. Whisper 32.
