  1. END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

  3. By using this version of AppsTraka you are consenting to be bound
  4. by agreement to the following:

  6. DEFINITIONS
  7. SHAREWARE VERSION includes all the free and expiring versions
  8. of AppsTraka currently available for public use and evaluation
  9. through the OdiSoft Solutions (the "Company") web site.

  11. COPYRIGHT
  12. AppsTraka is copyrighted software;
  13. Copyright (c) 1997-1999 OdiSoft Solutions
  14. You may use, copy and distribute the SHAREWARE VERSION of this
  15. program solely for evaulation purposes, only in unmodified form
  16. and without charging money for it.

  18. DISTRIBUTION
  19. You MUST contact OdiSoft Solutions (the
  20. "Company") regarding commercial distribution of the SHAREWARE
  21. VERSION. Any such distribution without prior written consent 
  22. from OdiSoft Solutions is strictly prohibited.

  24. GRANT OF LICENSE
  25. OdiSoft Solutions (the "Company") has granted you, the user, a
  26. limited license to use AppsTraka (the "Software"). This does NOT
  27. give you the license to modify, translate, reverse engineer, 
  28. decompile, disassemble (except to the extent applicable laws 
  29. specifically prohibit such restriction), or create derivative
  30. works based on the Software.

  32. DISCLAIMER
  33. OdiSoft Solutions (the "Company") shall not be held responsible
  34. for any damages arising from the use of the Software. The Software
  35. is provided on an AS IS basis, without warranty of any kind, 
  36. including without limitation the warranties of merchantability,
  37. fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The entire
  38. risk as to the quality and performance of the Software is borne
  39. by you. Should the Software prove defective, you and not the 
  40. Company, assume the entire cost of any service and repair.

  42. Security mechanisms implemented in the Software have its
  43. limitations and you, the user, must decide whether the Software
  44. sufficiently meets your requirements.
