Teleport Pro is an automated off-line Web browser and file retrieval program.
It automatically follows links to retrieve all or any of the files you specify. It can completely download a Web site for fast offline browsing. The Web site is duplicated exactly, along with the directory structure. You can search a Web site for files of a certain type or size, download a list of files at known addresses, search a Web site for keywords, make a list of all pages and files on a Web site, and even explore every Web site linked from a central Web site. Advanced features include: server-side image-map handling; a system for automatically connecting, disconnecting and reconnecting; the ability to retrieve Java applets along with thier classes; variable internal and external exploration depths; the ability to access password protected sites; support for slow servers; DOS 8.3 filename support; proxy/firewall support; and more.
This new version let you confirm before disconnecting. It supports large hard drives, recognizes ActiveX controls, has improved Java handling, and has an improved scheduler.
