  1. Use of this software indicates your understanding
  2. and acceptance of the following terms and

  14. and is protected by Canada and United States
  15. copyright laws, international treaties and all
  16. other applicable national or international laws.
  17. This product may not, in whole or in part, be
  18. copied, photocopied, translated, or reduced to any
  19. electronic medium or machine readable form,
  20. without prior consent in writing, from the
  21. copyright holder and according to all applicable
  22. laws. The sole owner of this product is the
  23. copyright holder, Vince Sorensen.

  26. for up to 30 days. After 30 days, it must be
  27. registered or uninstalled.  This version may be
  28. distributed freely in its original form (an
  29. archive containing all of, and only, the
  30. installation program and documentation provided

  70. only by a single person, on a single computer at a time.
  71. If the product permits, you may physically transfer
  72. the product from one computer to another, provided that
  73. the product is used only by a single person, on a single
  74. computer at a time. In group projects where multiple
  75. persons will use the product, you must purchase an
  76. individual license for each member of the group.
  77. Use over a network is permitted provided that the
  78. product is used only by a single person, on a single
  79. computer at a time.

  81. You may make one copy of the software part of the product
  82. solely for back-up purposes, as prescribed by Canada and
  83. United States, and international copyright laws. You must
  84. reproduce and include the copyright notice on the
  85. back-up copy. You may transfer the product to another party
  86. only if the other party agrees to the terms and conditions
  87. of this agreement and completes and returns registration
  88. information (name, address, etc.), including a signed
  89. transfer statement, to the copyright holder within 30 days
  90. of the transfer. If you transfer the product you must at
  91. the same time transfer the documentation and back-up copy,
  92. or transfer the documentation and destroy the back-up copy.
  93. You may not retain any portion of the product, in
  94. any form, under any circumstance.

  96. This license is effective until terminated.
  97. You may terminate it by destroying the complete product and
  98. all copies thereof. This license will also terminate if
  99. you fail to comply with any terms or conditions of this
  100. agreement. You agree upon such termination to destroy
  101. all copies of the software and of the documentation, or
  102. return them to the copyright holder for disposal.

  105. granted in this license are reserved by the copyright holder.

  108. written, statement or agreement to the contrary.
