  4. ----SiteAid System requirements----

  6. SiteAid System requirements are as follows:

  8.  
  9.       -386DX or higher running Windows 95/98 or NT 4.0 disk operating system
  10.  
  11.       -8 MB of memory recommended
  12.  
  13.       -3.0 MB available disk space for installation
  14.  
  15.       -879 kb available disk space for program files
  16.  
  17.  
  18. ----Installing / Uninstalling SiteAid----
  19.  
  20. SiteAid is normally distributed in SiteAid.zip. If you're reading this,  you 
  21. must have figured out how to unzip it.
  22.  
  23. To install SiteAid:
  24.  
  25.      1.) Unzip SiteAid.zip into a temporary folder.
  26.      2.) In Windows Explorer, Double click on Setup.exe.
  27.                 -or-
  28.          Select Start menu,  choose RUN and browse to the file Setup.exe.
  29.  
  30. This will begin the installation routine.  You may select an alternate location
  31. to install SiteAid during this routine.  
  32.  
  33. To uninstall SiteAid:

  35. In the rare case you don't like SiteAid, and you want to remove it
  36. from your computer entirely, this is how you go about it:
  37.  
  38.      1.) Open the Control Panel.
  39.      2.) Launch Add/Remove Programs.
  40.      3.) Select SiteAid.
  41.      4.) Press the Add/Remove button.

  69. SiteAid is Freeware.  No cost...  Please do tell your friends about SiteAid, 
  70. and feel free to distribute the zip file that you downloaded from the Internet.
  71. Freeware of Shareware CD-Rom inclusion is encouraged, as long as the software 
  72. will not be sold, and the zip file is left in its original state!  Profit from
  73. the sales of the carrier media (CD) and packaging is acceptable, but at no time
  74. should SiteAid software be advertised as "for sale".

  76. We do ask that individuals register SiteAid.  This can be accomplished by

  81. If you cannot reach our web site,  you also may alternatively register SiteAid 
  82. by simply sending an e-mail to register@siteaid.com,  asking to be registered
  83. and telling us your first and last name and where you found SiteAid.  You can 
  84. expect a response within 48 hours.

  86. In return for registering SiteAid,  we will send a password to eliminate the 
  87. reminder screen as you exit the program,  and will include your name in a list 
  88. of registered SiteAid users who will be eligible for a sizeable discount on any
  89. future Shareware versions of SiteAid.  Discounts will only be available to 
  90. users of record before the release of the first shareware version of SiteAid.

  101. The SiteAid End User Licensing Agreement can be found by installing the 
  102. software and running the program.  You will be requested to view and accept the
  103. terms of this agreement.  After installation,  you may review the license 
  104. agreement, that you agreed to, at anytime by simply viewing the file 
  105. license.txt.  It will be installed into the directory where SiteAid was located.
