  14.  JWeb offers an incredibly small, efficient, and free Web server for Windows 95/98 and Windows NT. Although there are not many settings to change, all the options are accessible through an HTTP interface, making JWeb easy to administer from local or remote. JWeb provides basic Web server functionality, including Get, HTTP, customizable MIME tags, logging, and user-definable root directory. It's very simple to set up and to use. It can turn any PC into an instant Web server in less than a few minutes. JWeb is free to use, but the complete Visual C++ source code is available for a fee.
