NeoTrace is a traceroute utility that graphically shows you all the nodes between your computer and any Internet address.
If you cannot reach a particular site on the Internet, try running NeoTrace before calling your ISP to complain. Most often you will discover that your ISP's network is just fine, but the network your favorite site is on is actually the one that is down or very slow. NeoTrace can help you to pinpoint bottlenecks and slow connections and to understand the different network connections between your computer and your favorite Web sites. It geographically shows you the route your data is taken. You can also display the data in a graph or table.
A Whois command is also built in.
This newest release lets you trace routes geographically. You can also graph trace results or display them in a list. Up to five trace results can now be viewed at the same time.
