  7. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
  8. before using this software.  Unless you have a different license
  9. agreement signed by MJK Software Writers. your use of this
  10. software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and
  11. warranty.

  13. Registered Version

  15. One registered copy of Monthly Bill Manager may either be used by a single
  16. person who uses the software personally on one or more computers,
  17. or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by
  18. multiple people, but not both.
  19.  
  20. You may access the registered version of Monthly Bill Manager through a network,
  21. provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the
  22. software covering all workstations that will access the software
  23. through the network.  For instance, if 8 different workstations
  24. will access Monthly Bill Manager on the network, each workstation must have its
  25. own Monthly Bill Manager license, regardless of whether they use Monthly Bill Manager at
  26. different times or concurrently.

  28. Disclaimer of Warranty

  30. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND
  31. WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY
  32. OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  In particular,
  33. there is no warranty for the optional virus scanning feature
  34. (Monthly Bill Manager does not scan for viruses, it simply runs external
  35. programs that claim to perform this function).  Because of the
  36. various hardware and software environments into which Monthly Bill Manager may
  37. be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS
  38. OFFERED.

  40. Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be
  41. thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it.
  42. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program.  ANY
  43. LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT
  44. REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.

  46. Evaluation and Registration

  48. This is not free software.  Subject to the terms below, you are
  49. hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes
  50. without charge for a period of 45 days.  If you use this software
  51. after the 45 day evaluation period a registration fee of $39.00 is
  52. required.  Payments must be in US dollars drawn on a US bank, and

  55. Information/Order Form.

  57. Unregistered use of Prodcut Edition after evaluation period is in violation of U.S.

  61. donations, for any such copies, however made; and from
  62. distributing the software and/or documentation with other products
  63. (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission.
