  5. *** What's New in Contact Browser 5.0 ***
  6.  
  7. - User Administrator: Users are given access to the databases
  8.   through a new  program called the User Admin. Only users 
  9.   added through the User Admin can have access to a database. 
  10.   Additionally, users can have either Read-Only, or full 
  11.   Read-Write access. Users with Read-Only access have full 
  12.   access to the data, but cannot make any changes, additions, 
  13.   deletions, etc.

  15. - 20 User definable custom fields have been added for greater 
  16.   flexibility and customization. Each field can be renamed to have
  17.   it's own unique meaning.
  18.  
  19. - A "Pick List" feature has been added to each custom field. This 
  20.   allows the user to assign a list of pre-defined choices to each 
  21.   custom field, eliminating data entry errors for fields that are 
  22.   meant to contain finite values.
  23.  
  24. - Four additional tabs were added to handle the 20 custom fields. 
  25.   Each tab can be given a unique name appropriate to the custom 
  26.   field's uses.
  27.  
  28. - Added the custom fields to Sorting, Filtering, Searching, and 
  29.   Queries.
  30.  
  31. - Enhanced the Report Wizard to handle custom fields, option to 
  32.   use AND or OR query combinations, and ability to specify BEGINS 
  33.   WITH, CONTAINS, or EQUALS for each available field in the 
  34.   Report Wizard.
  35.  
  36. - Added a new E-Mail tab, which can handle an unlimited number of
  37.   e-mail addresses per contact.
  38.  
  39. - Added an Export Wizard for creating delimited text files of 
  40.   contact data.
  41.  
  42. - Added an Envelope Wizard for printing envelopes.
  43.  
  44. - An all new Contact Wizard has been added to make data entry of 
  45.   contacts easier. The Contact Wizard can be used to create new 
  46.   contact records, edit existing contact records, or to create 
  47.   new contacts from existing contacts.
  48.  
  49. - You can now arrange the Tabs as single-row or multi-row.
  50.  
  51. - Added the ability to sort on column headings (mouse click).
  52.  
  53. - An option was added to show reminders in the system tray instead
  54.   of the Reminders Dialog, which can be intrusive to the user. 
  55.   Showing reminders in the system tray is the default.
  56.  
  57. - Added an option to have the program minimize to the system tray.
  58.   This saves space on the task bar.
  59.  
  60. - New List Properties allows users to change the list fonts and 
  61.   colors, including an alternating color scheme (check book 
  62.   style). The Contact List, Report List, Call History List, and 
  63.   Reminders List all include this feature.
  64.  
  65. - Now supports printing color for contact lists and report lists 
  66.  (with an option to turn off color printing for speed).

  68. - Added the ability to change the display font for notes fields. 
  69.   Right click on the Notes window to select the font option.

  71. - Rearranged the contact name fields to move the less commonly 
  72.   used fields out of the way.
