  8.     PaintEngine is a plug-in filter for Adobe Photoshop compatible
  9.     plugin hosts. It is a highly configurable paint effects processor

  23.     copy pe.8bf to your plug-in directory, for example 
  24.     C:\PHOTOSHP\PLUGINS

  26.     copy fmachine.ini to your windows directory, i.e.
  27.     C:\WINDOWS.
  28.     note: if you've used a previous version of PaintEngine
  29.     and don't want to lose any parameter settings you've 
  30.     saved, don't copy fmachine.ini.
