  16. WinRoute is installed by running installation  program.  After
  17. you start it you will be prompted to enter the directory where
  18. you  want  the  WinRoute  to  install  to. You may also select
  19. installation with  service support.  WinRoute can  then be run 
  20. both as a common application and as a service.

  25. The License Conditions for WinRoute Software
  26. /hereafter just "the software"/
  27.  
  28. The  demo  version  of the  software  may be used 30 days after the
  29. installation  for  evaluation   purpose.  The  demo  version of the 
  30. software  is  freely available  for being  copied  and given to the
  31. third persons or firms.

  33. Paying  the  license  charge /=the registration/ creates a claim to
  34. get  an  activation  key.   The   registered   software  /with  the
  35. registration key/  may  be used on maximally one computer. The user
  36. undertakes  not  to provide the activation  key to other persons or
  37. firms. The  user also  undertakes to  safeguard  the activation key 
  38. against  the  unauthorized use.  The producer  or  distributor  are
  39. allowed  to  check the  legality of the software  use  by technical
  40. means. In case of detecting a multiple use of the activation key it
  41. is possible to require  an indemnification  for  the damage  and to
  42. foil the use of the  activation key without any compensation.

  44. The user is  not allowed  to  decompile  or  change  the  software,
  45. include  it or  its parts into another  software and distribute any
  46. products created this way. The producer  claims the right for small
  47. differences  of the  software  from  the  description in the user's
  48. guide. The  buyer  declares  that he had an opportunity to acquaint
  49. himself  with the features of the software through the time-limited 
  50. version  and  therefore he  buys the software  without reservations
  51. "as it is".  Nor  the producer and  the  distributor  guarantee the
  52. suitability of the software for a concrete use.  Nor  the  producer
  53. and the distributor are responsible for any  damage caused by using
  54. the   software. In  case  the  producer  or  the  distributor  were
  55. condemned  by  a competent  judgement to  indemnification  for  the
  56. damage,the amount of it must not exceed the price paid by the buyer.

  58. The user, resp.  the  buyer indicates his unreserved agreement with 
  59. these  license  conditions  by  installing,  buying  or  using  the
  60. software. If  the  buyer  does not  agree with the conditions he is
  61. required to  stop using  the  software  immediately and destroy all
  62. copies of the software.
