  1. This directory contains the Red Hat Linux 6.0 Installation Guide in HTML
  2. format.  It is spread across two subdirectories:
  3.  
  4.     o icons -- The navigation icon files used in the manual.
  5.  
  6.     o manual -- The actual manual.
  7.  
  8. To browse the manual, start with the index.htm file in the manual
  9. subdirectory.
  10.  
  11. Note that if you install the rhl-install-guide-en package when you install
  12. Red Hat Linux 6.0, this manual will be installed on your system, and you
  13. won't need to use this CD-ROM to read it.  You can use rpm (the Red Hat
  14. Package Manager) to find the index.html file on your system:

  16. rpm -ql rhl-install-guide-en | grep index.html
  17.  
  18. Simply point your browser at the file output by this command, and you're in
  19. business.
