  6. "Download accelerator" is improving the download speed up to 300% faster (of FTP 
  7. and HTTP protocols) using more than one connection for the same file (retrieving 
  8. fragments of the file simultaneously when available), while showing 
  9. advertisements (GIF89) to the user from a cache directory.
  10.  
  11. "Download accelerator" is a software that is plugged into the users default browsers
  12. (IE4, NETSCAPE 4 and above), on windows 95/98/NT4 platforms. 
  13. The software will be triggered automatically when the user is trying to download
  14. a file from the net. It is NOT running all the time and taking system resources.

  18. *. Resume is now supported. (To resume a file, you could just try to download
  19.    it again, and it will ask you if you want to resume the old one. Another way to 
  20.    resume is to Double-Click on the ".LDN" file that will be created.
