  1. This document describes the elements in 4th Dimension that you
  2. have the right to redistribute, and describes permitted methods of redistribution.
  3. If you plan to redistribute any components of this package, please read the
  4. following information. You may only redistribute the software mentioned in this
  5. document.

  7. Customizer Plus and 4D Tools
  8. Customizer Plus and 4D Tools are designated as Redistributables according to the
  9. 4th Dimension License agreement and can be freely distributed according to the terms
  10. and agreements of that license.

  12. Customizer Plus consists of the following redistributable components :

  16. ASIFONT.MAP
  17. ASINTPPC.DLL

  21. 4D Tools consists of the following redistributable components :

  23. 4DTOOL.RSR
  24. ASIFONT.FON
  25. ASIFONT.MAP
  26. ASINTPPC.DLL
  27. ASIPORT.RSR
  28. QTDP32.DLL

  30. 4D Runtime
  31. 4DáRuntime is designated as Redistributable according to the 4tháDimension
  32. License Agreement and can be freely distributed according to the terms and agreements
  33. of that license.
  34. 4DáRuntime can only run interpreted databases. (4D database applications are either
  35. interpreted or compiled. A database created with 4th Dimension is an interpreted
  36. database; an interpreted database may be compiled with one of our 4DáCompiler products.)
  37. When you launch 4DáRuntime, the New button is not present in the Open Database
  38. dialogue. This dialogue allows you to open interpreted structures only, and you can only
  39. use a database within 4tháDimensionÆs Runtime environment. If you open a database that
  40. has no menu bar, 4DáRuntime exits automatically. You cannot go into the User environment,
  41. nor the Design environment. If you try (i.e. using the Option-f shortcut), 4DáRuntime
  42. automatically quits.
