  19.  Special Keys Disabler v1.03 is a utility program that can
  20.  enable and disable the special keys combinations in Windows 9x.
  21.  It disables the special keys combinations like ctrl+alt+del and
  22.  alt+tab. This program prevents the user to use those keys
  23.  combinations permanently, thus preventing improper restarting or
  24.  shutdown of the computer.

  43.      was been re-enabled. What should i do? Why is it like

  45.  A!: Some programs and restarting in SAFE Mode can re-enable
  46.      the special keys. To fix this, add a link to skdstrp.exe
  47.      in your 'Startup' folder.
