  1. REGISTERED USERS ONLY: To complete your
  2. upgrade from a previous NetScanTools 3.0x.x
  3. registered version to this version,
  4. we need two things:
  5.  
  6.  1. Identification of you as registered owner. To
  7.  identify you, we ask for your name, company name,
  8.  address and your old NetScanTools serial number.
  9.  
  10.  2. Your new Registration Number which is randomly
  11.  generated when you first run this new version of
  12.  NetScanTools. We need this to generate your
  13.  Unlock Code.
  14.  
  15. Please complete the following steps within
  16. 30 days of the first use of this new version of
  17. NetScanTools:
  18.  
  19. Step 1.
  20. Locating your NEW NetScanTools Registration Number.
  21. Start NetScanTools and press the "Buy Now" button.
  22. Move through the "New Purchase" dialogs until you
  23. find the Phone Purchase dialog with the new
  24. Registration Number.
  25. Record the Registration Number.

  27. Step 2.
  28. Go to this URL:
  29. http://www.nwpsw.com/nst3upgrade.html
  30.  Fill out the upgrade form located there.
  31.  You will need your original NetScanTools 3.0x.x
  32.  serial number that you recorded prior to running
  33.  setup, and your new Registration Number.

  35.  (You may also go to the HOW TO PURCHASE tab and
  36.  click on the appropriate upgrade link which will
  37.  launch your web browser with the correct link.)

  42. email sales@nwpsw.com with this information:
  43.  A) your NetScanTools 3.0x.x serial number that you
  44.  recorded from your old version of NetScanTools.
  45.  B) your name (required) and company name (if applicable)
  46.  C) your Product Code/Registration Number from Step 1.
  47.  D) a valid return email address.

  49. You will receive your unlock code via email.
