  3. 1. The purpose
  4. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
  5. The Windows True Type Symbol Font MARVOSYM.TTF is a valuable 
  6. addition for any office or civil engineering purpose. It contains
  7. often-needed but rarely available symbols as Fax Machine, Answering
  8. Machine, Cellular Phone, Steel Profile Symbols, the original Euro 
  9. Currency Symbol and lots more.

  11. 2. How to install
  12. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
  13. In Windows 95, all you need to do is to copy MARVOSYM.TTF into the 
  14. directory C:\WINDOWS\FONTS. Alternatively, you can follow the menu 
  15. path Start / Settings / Control Panel / Fonts / File / Install New 
  16. Font. In Windows 3, you need to install the font from Main / 
  17. Control Panel / Fonts / Add. In Windows NT 4, begin with My 
  18. Computer / Control Panel / Fonts / File / Install New Font.

  22. Freeware. You may use it at no cost.

  26. The Archive MARVOSYM.ZIP is freely distributable. You are not 
  27. allowed to make any changes to its files. You are not allowed to 
  28. delete any files from it.
