  1. This is a copy of Axman v3.00 (Official Release)

  3. Registering your copy of AxMan entitles you to automatic notifications of any necessary
  4. fixes to AxMan which you will receive for free. Please feel free to send any and all 
  5. suggestions and comments to suggestions@mosaicware.com.  Before you begin using this software, 
  6. carefully read the terms and conditions of this agreement.  IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF 
  7. THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, do not use this software.  Your usage of this software is, in 
  8. effect, your agreeance with these terms.

  10. If you have not registered this software, then this license grants you a 30 day evaluation
  11. period, in which you are entitled to use this software at no charge.  After the 30 day
  12. evaluation period has ended, you must either register this software or remove it, in its 
  13. entirety, from your computer.

  15. Included with this software is a copy of AxManRestore.  You are a granted a free 
  16. license for this program.  You may freely distribute AxManRestore to an unlimited number
  17. of people who automatically obtain this free license.  However, you may not charge others
  18. for this program and you are not entitled to change this program in any way.

  20. If you have registered this sofware, then this license grants you an unlimited period
  21. in which you may use this software.

  23. You are not obtaining title to the software or any copyrights.  You may not sublicense, 
  24. rent, lease, convey, modify, translate, convert to another programming language, decompile,
  25. or disassemble the software for any purpose. You may make as many copies of this software
  26.  as you need for back-up purposes.  You may use this software on more than one computer, 
  27. provided there is no chance it will be used simultaneously on more than one computer. 
  28. MOSAIC SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES RELATING TO THIS SOFTWARE, WHETHER 
  29. EXPRSSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY 
  30. AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ALL SUCH WARRANTIES ARE EXPRESSLY AND SPECIFICALLY 
  31. DISCLAIMED. NEITHER MOSAIC SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS NOR ANYONE INVOLVED IN THE CREATION, PRODUCTION, 
  32. OR DELIVERY OF THIS SOFTWARE SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL 
  33. DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE SUCH SOFTWARE EVEN IF MOSAIC SOFTWARE 
  34. SOLUTIONS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR CLAIMS.  IN NO EVENT SHALL 
  35. MOSAIC SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS BE LIABILE FOR ANY DAMAGES  EXCEEDING THE PRICE PAID FOR THE LICENSE 
  36. TO USE THE SOFTWARE, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF CLAIM.  THE PERSON USING THE SOFTWARE BEARS ALL 
  37. RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE.  SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION 
  38. OF THE LIMIT OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY 
  39. NOT APPLY TO YOU.  THE AGREEMENT SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN AND 
  40. SHALL INURE TO THE BENEFIT OF MOSAIC SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS AND ANY SUCCESORS, ADMINISTRATORS, HEIRS, 
  41. AND ASSIGNS. ANY ACTION OR PROCEEDING BROUGHT BY EITHER PARTY AGAINST THE OTHER ARISING OUT 
  42. OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE BROUGHT ONLY IN A STATE OR FEDERAL COURT OF COMPETENT 
  43. JURISDICTION LOCATED IN OAKLAND COUNTY, MICHIGAN.  THE PARTIES HEREBY CONSENT TO IN PERSONAM 
  44. JURISDICTION OF SAID COURTS.
